We clean people's homes and rental properties, which means we hold two sensitive things: how to get into a property, and photographs of the inside of it. This page explains how both are handled.

What we collect

From the quote form: name, phone, property address, service type, bedroom and bathroom count, linen preference, number of washers, check-in and check-out times, and your notes. From ongoing clients we also hold billing contact details and a booking calendar.

Server logs from our host record IP, browser and page requests for security. This site runs no advertising or profiling trackers.

Property access information

For recurring and turnover work we are given door codes, lockbox codes, gate codes or keys. These are stored in a password manager with access limited to the owner and the scheduler, and given to a crew lead only for the properties on that day's route. Codes are removed from our system within seven days of a client ending service, and we ask owners to rotate codes at that point as a matter of routine.

Photographs

Crews photograph damage and condition at the end of a turnover. Those images go to the property owner or manager and are kept for 90 days, which covers the deposit dispute window. We do not post interior photographs of client properties publicly, and we do not use them in marketing without written permission.

What we use information for

Scheduling and routing the van, quoting, invoicing, restocking consumables, damage reporting to owners, and contacting you when something at the property needs a decision.

Who it is shared with

Our crew leads and scheduler. Property condition reports go to the owner or the management company you have named. We do not sell client lists and we do not share property addresses or access details with anyone outside the company.

Retention

Quote requests that do not become work are cleared after 12 months. Service records and invoices are held seven years for tax purposes. Photos, 90 days. Access codes, deleted within seven days of service ending.

Your choices

Email schedule@hastrum.shop or call (772) 555-0188 to see what we hold, correct it, delete a quote request, or have access credentials removed immediately.

Security

HTTPS on the site, two-factor authentication on the company mailbox and the password manager, and no access codes written on paper in the vans.

Children

Services are arranged by property owners and managers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Revisions show in the date at the top of this page.
